for their loss at Oregon. It appears that Boise State is also getting that quality-loss-to-Oregon love.

From the committee perspective, if BYU were to lose a game, Boise would have a better loss than us and their win over Wazzu looks as good as our win over Kansas State. So, the committee would have room to prioritize Boise State's better loss compared to our admittedly narrow win over SMU. We need SMU and KSU to stay ranked and for Wazzu and UNLV to drop a game or two.

What I don't understand is the committee's and the AP's over-ranking of Miami. They get a lot of love in the polls and from the committee for narrow comeback wins over middling ACC teams. I hope Georgia Tech and Syracuse expose them.
