that's right, but fans thought Cuff should've been playing over Randy so he
transferred out.
I just looked up Cuff's stats, he averaged 3 pts/gm at BYU & ASU, and 13-14 at Weber.
I think it is pretty clear Cuff wasn't better than Randy with hindsight analysis but Roger took a lot of complaints from fans saying he was favoring Randy over Cuff.
