He has a special combination of size, skill, and explosive burst that calls to mind a young Melo leading a veteran Syracuse squad to a national title as an 18-yr old freshman.
On the low end, he also has similar attributes to someone like Michael Beasley—a supremely talented player who never reached his full potential.
That would be the outcome perhaps if he doesn’t commit to the development program and coasts into the league as is. Don’t see that happening though.
Personally, I see a young man on the fast track to NBA stardom.
