They were prepared, however players wanted to make the big play and played out
of position instead of being assignment sound.

Batty is an example of that. On the QB long run, he bites on the hand off, rather than staying in his lane/assignment and the QB goes right around him for a big run.

This was talked about after the game on KSL by KS. He said our D is really making plays and now everyone wants to be the guy to make the int, fumble, etc. He said they would get it taken care of the next week and they did.

Our players need to remember this and be assignment sound and they won't have the QB break any runs off the RPO. He might scramble on a pass play for some yards but I think we can keep the RPO contained.

Bernard is another issue, but we have done ok to some really good RB's this year, even a Doak Walker winner in Gordon. We gave up 182 yards and 166 to Gordon, problem was they had a QB that could actually run and even pass. Their passing yards were 321. I don't think Utah has put up 321 passing yards this season and don't expect them too with Rose or Wilson. That is not their style of play.
