This is honestly the one area that's killing Utah in my non-expert opinion and observation. Wilson is simply holding onto the ball WAAAY too longon pass plays. Is that becuase no one is open? Is that becuase Whitt has threatened execution if he throws a pick? IDK... but it's clear wilson isn't making quick decisions and it's leading to negative plays. Rose will improve this aspect of the offense... despite him not being an amazing passer or runner.
