He actually got hurt stretching a couple days before starting his mission (not sure what the injury was exactly).

I went to the BYU/Kansas basketball game earlier this year in Lawrence. When we were walking to the car we started talking with Ethan and his dad who had attended the game as well. Ethan was serving as a service missionary at the time because he was about to get a surgery in Kansas City.

Hopefully he’s 100% now.

Ethan has been injured quite a bit on his mission and has had surgery. Not sure what kind of health he’ll return in.
