very effective, and I think that had a lot to do with the derailment of Kedon Slovis's career. There was a coaching change at USC before he left to go to Pitt and he split his last two years in different programs. Retzlaff has just barely finished one season's worth of games in A-Rod's system including a training camp, showing big improvement in every game. At the rate he is going, he will be a very good QB and could possibly one of BYU's best.
This is the reason why I feel so good about our chances against Utah, The QBs they want to start don't have nearly enough game experience in the Ute's system to be effective, especially if they are going against our defense. They also just fired their OC. The most they can hope for is to have an unstoppable running game or for their defense be dominant enough to make up for it. We'll just need to get the lead and let them the self implode.
