Alright BRJ8 & other soccer rules experts, need your thoughts
This is college soccer. Attacker is going to tap in a wide open goal. The keeper is beat so the keeper grabs the attacker's leg to stop her from shooting. Unquestionably interference with a clear goal scoring opportunity.

Ref calls it, but gives a yellow and PK. In college can you not give the red and the PK? I know that has gone back and forth in some leagues, but wasn't sure on college.

This happened in my daughter's game in the conference championship.
