Outside of Oregon, they are collectively either very mediocre (USC) or downright bad (Yewtah) across the Board, with the exception of maybe Colorado who started very slow but looks to be on the upswing right now.

Pretty telling evidence if you ask me. It was a power conference in name only for a long time and most of the last decade.
