The times you are talking about are when the O makes a change and then Whit has
One player take 10 seconds to jog off and then have a 2nd player start to jog off. It takes over 20 seconds and forces the O to take a timeout. It's stupid, unsportsmanlike, and borderline cheating. It needs to be fixed.
