Give yourself a week off…
But you will feel pretty crappy for about a month. You have to be in the sling almost constantly for 4-6 weeks.

3 months until full range of motion and until you can really push strengthening.

Around 6 months until you are doing everything without limitation.

Plan on sleep being the worst part. I recommend sleeping reclined and with a pillow to prop your elbow.
