just like they do anywhere else. The whole purpose is to make that space serve multiple purposes not just get used a few times a year for football games and Stadium of Fire. The Provo-Orem area has around 700k and could definitely use more food/entertainment options.

Not sure why that is funny, the stadium-district model is basically being used at most new stadiums.
