Totally changed how I compose, when I first started the class I didn't understand jazz at all (mostly because I was never exposed to it...my mother said jazz instruments hurt her ears). At the end of the class I could hear the lines, I could hear the improvisation. I started adding a lot more 9ths and 11ths to more chords. Will always be grateful for that class.
