How many does Phoenix or Orlando or Indiana or the Clippers have?
Orlando has had the overall #1 draft pick FOUR times.
Cleveland had the overall #1 draft pick THREE times in just 4 years (with four times overall), but won their only title when lebron came back to play for them.
Philly had the overall #1 pick two years in a row. Neither pick is still on their team, and they didn't win a title by tanking.
