My youngest of 4 is 16. We never missed a year of trick when they were little
Maybe it's a location thing, but where I'm at trunk or treats were gimmicky and everyone went out trick or treating.
I have 5 boxes of full sized candy bars on my counter and I'm sure they'll all be gone tomorrow night.

Where’s the effort? Kids are soft and we’ve contributed to it even for candy.

Less enthusiasm on Halloween since the kids already got a bunch of candy

Halloween was a way to meet your neighbor.

Only if you let it. Just boycott trunk or treat nonsense.

In Utah that’s hard.

I’ve never had a problem. I’ve never understood the obligation to attend

But it’s not fun. Even for kids. IDK, my kids have never wanted to go to one.

Most wards in Utah shouldn't do a trunk or treat.

Just like they did to Boy Scouts?
