1. Seems like he was 100% right about the company being vastly overstaffed.
2. The howling from the Left about how this was going to ruin Twitter because it would: "...open the floodgates to toxicity, from misogynist, racist and transphobic abuse to false claims about the security of voting and the effectiveness of vaccines" (quote from an article on NPR) was WAY overblown and mostly rooted in not wanting to see speech that they disagree with.
3. Like Bill Ackman, some on the Left seem to have come around that the changes have greatly improved Twitter with none of the predicted negative effects (except for the aforementioned 'seeing-stuff-you-don't-like' problem).
I'm sure there are other positive changes, too.
