Hmm. Never been a big believer in the eye test I guess. if you look at DFEI
or SP+ or other opponent adjusted advanced metrics we are basically the same defense as they are rankings wise-- 15 (BYU) and 16 (Utah) in DFEI for example.
The thing though is that it is about matchups, and our offense is A LOT better than theirs (30s and improving each week versus 110s and getting worse). We *should* be able to score on them at least some, and they *should* have a hard time against us.
