They basically vote for who they think are the top 6 teams they should consider. Those who get the most votes then are discussed and everyone ranks those specific teams 1-6. The top 3 teams get placed in the ranking in order. They then have a vote to add 3 more teams to the list (bringing it back up to 6 under consideration) and then have a vote ranking those teams 1-6 w/ the top 3 vote getters being given the next 3 spots in ranking order. Once they get past the top 9 they expand it to 8 under consideration and 4 being added to the rankings each round until they get through the top 25.
