the UCF #3 just blow right past him, with no protection for Jake. This forced Jake to scramble backward, basically blowing up the whole play. Chase was wide open 5 yards past the 1st down marker and Jake should have easily been able to hit him for the 1st down, but because the play was blown up he had to scramble and hit Darius way before the line to gain, with multiple defenders in his way.

It took an amazing effort by Darius to get that first down, but if he just puts a quick block on #3, this play would not have almost ended in disaster with UCF getting the ball on the BYU side of the field.

On top of that, should have been a late hit by UCF #4 as Darius is way out of bounds when he hits him, and hits him pretty hard.
