in a P4 conference. Last year BYU needed a year to adjust to P5 which helped them with P4 strength of schedule this year.

Utah just needs a chance to develop their depth. It’s not like Utah expected to just come in and win year one. That would be arrogant. Even worse if the fans, players, and coaches started to publicly announce how this was their year. I’m sure they knew this conference would be more difficult than what they experienced in that conference out west. The PAC really didn’t have much depth most years.

Utah hold your head up. As long as you stay humble and hungry things will start to come your way. Also make sure you don’t alienated your new conference mates. You want to start out on the right foot.
