BYU held out 4 scholarship players, and played a 9 guy rotation.

Confirmed players were Demin, Saunders, Knell, and Baker.

Given the stats provided, I would assume Demin, Saunders and Baker started.

Based on other whispers, I think Hall was one of the 4 held out. Rumored a bit banged up.
Bosko was also likely held out for eligibility issues. Uncertain if that plays into Exhibition games at all, but I'm assuming if he doesnt qualify, then coach would want to give experience to the guys that for certain would.

That leaves Stewart, Mag, Keita, Fous, Koz, Crawford, Catchings. 2 of which were held out.
I can see an argument for Koz and Crawford being held out, being freshman. I havent heard any other reason to keep anyone else out. If Demin played, then Catchings likely played (the ole' "dont want to play the superstar in a game that doesnt matter so they dont get hurt" argument doesnt seem to apply here).

So, I'm guessing the Lineup was:

Demin, Stewart
Baker, Knell
Saunders
Catchings, Mag
Keita, Fous

Stewart as the backup PG. Catchings and Knell likely had some time at the 3. But realistically, positions really aren't going to matter much here.

Also, its known that Knell was 4-8 from 3, and the team was 41%. I think at minimum, the team went 7-17 from 3. If we are shooting 3s near the same tick as last year, then 12-29. 9-22 is also feasible. So, other than Knell, the team either went: 3-9 (33.3%), 5-14 (35.7%), or 8-21 (38%). Not bad. We scored 91 points, and Saunders had 10 FTs. So, I'm guessing we are shooting 3s at a high rate (12-29, 36 points out of 91, ~40% of points were 3s), OR, the team is driving a lot and getting fouls a lot.

Boise State didn't hold anyone out, and they are supposed to win the MW this year and be a tourney team. We held out 4 guys, and if my assumptions are close, at least half of them could be big contributors. If we held out Mag and Fous or Catchings and played Koz and Crawford, than this win looks even better.) Also mentioned that BSU took the lead early, but then BYU took the took right back and kept it the rest of the game.
