I get it, but also -
If he had them above BYU to begin the season, then they’ve done nothing to deserve being moved down either.
That’s the flaw in polls beginning on week 1. I’m ok with them as they are. Eventually they lose and get moved down, or they and BYU both stay undefeated and meet in the conference championship game.
It will take care of itself.
