I doubt it unless they can keep Scalley as their DC even with Hill at HC. The
problem with Utah hasn't been their defense. The only way I see them passing up Scalley is if they can find a good offensive HC and still find a way to keep Scalley as DC. All speculation, I don't see Whitt retiring at the end of the year anyway
