Most everyone does simply because of how the calendar worked out. Last regular season games Nov 30th, but first games
Aug 31. It's 14 Saturdays from one to the other, usually just 13 from Labor Day weekend to last weekend in November. So most everyone has 2 bye weeks built in to their 12 game schedule.
