from that school, does he view himself as having arrived on the world stage. It’s one thing to say “I really love the culture at BYU, that’s where I neee to go.” It’s another to say “I got an offer from Ohio St, I really am a 4 or 5 star.”

That’s why I think Nebraska might be on the cusp of being out. I think a recruit wouldn’t view a Nebraska offer any different than one from UCLA or Michigan St.
