Turns out what I'm paying with State Farm is considerably cheaper than all other companies which was pretty surprising. Just minimum liability. I figured with a literal perfect driving record (Including over 1.5 million miles in a tractor trailer) some other company would be willing to take free money every month for a bit less... but alas...
