Aside from those few who are returning to the team, I don't think many on this year's team have experienced anything like the magic at the Marriott Center. Though it looked like an awesome experience, the Blue and White game wasn't even close to the environment of a real BYU game because the crowd wasn't united behind one team and against another. It doesn't matter that we're up against a D2 team for the first game - the hype for this year's team is off the charts and the crowd will be pumped.

Of those new to the team, the only one who might have played in front of an energetic home crowd is Mawot Mag coming from Rutgers and I'm not sure what their crowd is like. Keiba's going to love playing in a place that doesn't have to use curtains to hide empty seats. I may be ignorant, but I doubt that any of our new team members coming from Europe have played in an arenas that are even close to matching the intensity of college basketball. Add to that the 3 true freshmen... I think that Demin, Crawford, Catchings, Boskovic, and Keita (and the other less noted transfers) are going to be blown away in the best way possible. Dang I wish I could be there.
