If 23.6 is #9 and 29.01 is #110 — it doesn't really seem to me like that much of a difference. Does that 6.5 second
difference give one of the teams more of an advantage.

A few more seconds gives the chance to have the play set up just right.

But having the play called faster may put more pressure on the defense.

Is one of those differences more advantageous?
