The Corporate Transparency Act is utter BS. Requiring every entity nationwide,
regardless of how small the entity is, to make a new filing with the Treasury is a massive inefficiency and a colossal waste of time. It will generate legal and accounting fees, but it will contribute absolutely nothing to productivity at any level.
