Depends on the 3 way tie doesn t it. What if the tie is CU, BYU and ISU?

If ISU were to lose a game, but not to KSU and CU wins out, its a whole different story, right? CU would get left out by virtue of the highest common opponent(KSU) being a loss. So it's all relative at this point. If chalk holds, ISU and BYU will win out, but that's not exactly how things work and it could go a lot of different ways
