Our two favorite restaurants at the Disney resorts are Ohana (at the Polynesian) and Cape May Buffet (at Beach Club). Both a little pricey. These are both at the Disney hotels so don't have to pay for park admission. +1 for Cape May because you can walk around the boardwalk afterwards. Can't remember if reservations are required or not, but checking online they both have availability.
