they were more ok with OU because they backed it up with good play (walked the walk) while Texas greatly underperformed according to their boasting/bragging.

That guy implied Utah wouldn't be hated quite as much if they actually did dominate, but they are so far much more like Texas than OU (and even then, they aren't as good as Texas was).
