actual play. But that's been pretty rare recently. The more annoying one for me is if I stop key plays and just watch normal and then it all of a sudden "rewinds" back to the first key play at the beginning of the game. Not sure if that's what has happened to you or not. I think it's when I fast forward through commercials and only on my tablet only.

It doesn't happen all the time but on occasion.
