I think another feather in the cap of Pres Reese and VP Vorkink is...
...the hiring process didn't take them a month or longer to complete. They had to act fast to keep the team together and prevent all their players from jumping into the portal and were able to move through the hiring process for KY in 4 days. That's unheard of for BYU.
