Isaac is Jake Heaps 2.0 — looks good behind a superior Oline with superior talent to his opponents but too small and not
dynamic enough when playing against equal to or greater talent.

Will he get better with experience? Or course but only marginally better considering he is far from the prototypical size.

Some players hit their ceiling in HS where they have put in tons of work and time but have maxed out e.g. Jake Heaps, Isaac Wilson and then you have players like Isaiah Glasker, KVN who demonstrate how much potential they have and just get better year over year.

Wilson isn’t playing with a bunch of scrubs despite the popular belief — he has talent on that line and on the perimeter — he’s just not that good. He will be a solid QB but I don’t see him developing into the caliber of QB byu usually needs to lead the team to success.
