I don’t have as much faith in the legal system as you do.
If the HCBW shows up with a bill indicating a zero balance while claiming the other party is attempting to waste time and money,
But the other party shows up with an updated bill indicating a balance and claiming we are “unruly”,
Seems like a crapshoot as to who will win.
