Also, the corners playing too far off the wide receivers at the line of scrimmage(& beyond).
2 or 3 times, on 3rd and 5 or less, they would just throw it to the slot receiver whose man was playing 8 or so yards off of him and he would pick up the 1st down. Easy peasy.
