Sticking with a short term underperformer to try and improve long term with continuity and culture or quickly switching out a short term underperformers to create a cutthroat environment where everyone must always be hungry and produce results...The balance might be somewhere in middle but it seems strange to me to get rid of Ludwig in this scenario.
