We were supposed to be terrible this season and all negative CBers let us know it. We did great. And went far beyond all expectations and I loved it to the max. In contrast, In the OKstate game, we were a 10 point favorite, look at what happened. I know it was a great finish, but it didn't feel as good as us being expected to be terrible in that game would have.
Also I saw too many posts about how we were going to dominate that game ESPECIALLY the one saying how stupid OKstate was by preparing their run game for us in the bye week and how our defence would easily shut them out and we got ran over. Having low expectations is the best thing ever, having high expectations is bad.
Also in basketball we were supposed to be terrible and we became a first round exit but many of us were super happy with that. Hopefully some more low expectations this season but idk.

So to the highly negative people on CB during the summer, thank you so much, you made this season so far very special for me. Continue to be negative and make me have low expectations and love this BYU team more when we win.
