In just a few weeks, I am unsure. Based on what I have read, the O-line coach was already the run game coordinator and Bajakian was passing coordinator already. It's just that Bajakian now calls all the plays or something.

The UU offense has not been poor because of just play calling. It is poor because the OL can't keep Isaac Wilson on his feet and because they are very limited in what plays they can run. They seem to rely very heavily on Kuithe and Bernard. I am not sure how a new OC will change this in three weeks of time. Bajakian has already been on staff, so it's not like he has had no say in the offense already.
