And if it's not going well early, how long do you wait before fully departing from the Whittingham era and embarking on new territory? As for basketball, they have a rude awakening in store in the Big12, and with BYU going for elite tier, they are going to have to drastically step up their NIL to keep from being locked in the Big12 basement. The question is, where is that support going to come from? Curtain manufacturers?

The reality is we are in a whole new world in college athletics. BYU appears to be on it, and ready to compete. Is Utah? If I'm a Utah fan, I'm a little concerned.
