I wouldn't go that far. Byu has always had more fans. Just not as concentrated

As utahs. If byus fans were as concentrated in Utah as utahs fans are byu would fill 80-90k stadium weekly.

Even in 2017 byu probably had more fans at road games than Utah will the rest of the year
