Yep. A big part of it was new and/or young WRs not knowing who was supposed to be on the line and who was supposed to be
off the line. It was absurd how many times that happened, but apparently it was just the large number of guys who were new in the program.

Remember last season we had all those Illegal Formation penalties... I don't think we've had one this year.
