Over-heating would be the #1 concern. I've left cars idling for two hours or more a lot of times over the years for
various reasons (including forgetting that I'd left it running!) and have never noticed any harm.
If it's a newer car, I wouldn't be overly concerned about it. Also, you could turn it off for the 18 or more minutes of half-time.
