resentment impact the rest of your life. It’s a lot easier to put it all in context when you are winning. Ultimately, it is just a game. A form of entertainment for the vast majority of us.

It’s easy to get pissed off when things go wrong. BYU sports in particular has given me a few memories that I’m not so proud of. But that just makes the good times all that much better!

Point is, be gracious in the successes. Know that it never lasts forever. Hopefully we aren’t getting ahead of ourselves, thinking our football program is back to 1980’s form. This is one season….with several more games. Being good ambassadors, win or lose is the way we should act.

Let the Utah fans lick their wounds. From a few I’ve talked to, I think they are slowly realizing that they are hardly settling for the BIG 12.
