Boise State is ranked too high. Indiana should definitely be ahead of them
Any undefeated team from a p4 should be ahead of them as should many of the one loss teams.
We all know top teams have off games and Oregon did the first two weeks but Bsu has mostly beaten horrible teams and in some cases have given up a lot of points
