I'd also like Whit to retire after this season - with a painful loss.
Normally, I'd wish the guy well, but he and Urban made the rivalry so toxic and he has stoked those flames for years. I don't even want to mention all the ways this rivalry turned toxic. So many painful losses to them.
If his coaching acumen was exponentially slipping with time, I'd want him to stay another decade, but it's not. He's got millions of Utah's tax dollars to spend and a lot of grandkids.
I think there will be added motivation this season for when we head up to RES and I hope our team sends him out to pasture with the biggest L of his life.
