So many beautiful things about that play.
1. Jo Jo continued with his route, creating the space for Lassiter to get open. If he stops there is no room for Lassiter. Also, by continuing he pulls his defender with him.
2. Lassiter knowing Jo Jo has cleared out and then going to that open space instead of up the field into coverage.
3. Retzlaff throwing him open.
