Corn Pop Intervention Needed
It's more than just the slow jog. The player being subbed on jogs on slow just
as the rule says he can, and meanwhile the player being subbed off (and he fully knows he's being subbed off) intentional stays in the huddle/formation until the sub comes and tells him he's being subbed (just as the rule says he can), and then he slowly jogs off.

OkSt was doing it last night, so it's not just Utah that does it. We've done it occasionally, but Kalani isn't religious about it like Kyle is.

It's gamesmanship. The rules say you can do it, so they do. An offense combats it by not subbing late. Just get the plays and subs in early in the play clock and it's not an issue.

And yes, the NCAA needs to address it as it certainly isn't an honest effort at football.
