Right now in the SEC you can make a case for about 5 teams because of the chaos. What we want is 3 utterly dominant teams from the Big 10 and SEC and no one else wirh even a sliver of hope.

For example, Indiana being good probably adds a spot for the a Big 10.

We want chalk in the SEC/Big 10. That why fewer teams have a case to make it.

This isn’t 1984. Today a 1 loss Clemson or South Carolina, Oklahoma, or Washington (which were the teams right behind us that year I think) would be #1 over an undefeated BYU.
